my dogs love these treats but i don't think they calm them down at all. these are very pricey so i recommend buying the waggin' train brand at your local sam's club. it's less than $14 for 40 oz vs. buying them from the amazon seller which go for $26 for 48 oz.

My pug loves these treats. He gets so excited when I open the treat bin. I'm not sure if it makes him mellow... but I like to think they do. Plus they are healthy!

My dogs love these treats. We run out of them very quickly.
I haven't notice a big difference in their behavior but they sure do love them.

The "mellow mut" chicken breast strips are great for my dog - he loves them and they aren't full of artificial junk. They make a good snack mid-morning for him when starts bugging me for food. Only one drawback: some of the strips are not consistent in size and this creates a problem for a little chihuahua mouth with few teeth; some of the strips are so thick he can't bite through them. I give them to the neighbor's big dog, which makes the cost of the ones we keep very expensive!
